Payroll
To keep the organisation flexible and decisive, all BTC-Retail employees work on a payroll basis through Repay HRM. This protects the organisation against high costs in case of a labour dispute and/or long-term absence due to illness. Equally important is that Repay HRM manages the entire payroll administration, allowing the organisation to keep its focus on its core business.
